Perfect for a weary traveler
This place is really something! I was blown away by the complimentary onsen, let me tell you, after a few hours of flying, a hot spring bath is exactly what you need. The breakfast spread was excellent too, I mean who doesn't love a good mix of Japanese and Western food to kickstart the day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain though, but it was reasonable for what you get.

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The location is easy to access after a long flight , which was a relief. The staff were accommodating , especially when they gladly stored my luggage while I explored the area. The room was tidy and refreshing, creating a welcoming atmosphere during my short stay. The breakfast provided a nice selection, ensuring a good start to my day.
However, the check-in process could be more streamlined.

Clean and comfortable bedding.
My stay was incredibly frustrating. The onsen that was advertised is not actually part of the hotel. you have to walk through the airport to access it. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that couples couldn't share the onsen experience together.

The location directly above the domestic terminal provides unparalleled convenience for early flights, while the breakfast options, including fruit salads, were delightful and diverse. Rooms are clean and equipped with essential amenities, although the bathrooms could be more spacious for added comfort. Noise levels were surprisingly low for an airport hotel, allowing for a restful stay.

Staying at the hotel in Chitose Airport was incredibly convenient for my travels. The room offered a fantastic runway view, and I appreciated the variety of food options nearby. However, the bathroom could use a bit more space. Overall, a wonderful experience!

missingWrote a review on 02 Aprcramped bathroom
The room's decor feels dated, particularly the carpet, which could definitely use an upgrade. Bathrooms are cramped, where even small space can feel confining. the toilet's proximity to the shower doesn't help, and I found the pillow to be uncomfortably hard. Also, the vibrations and noise from airport operations are quite noticeable, so expect some interruptions.

Had a great time staying here with a group of friends! Perfect location for our early flight. We visited the Chitose Outlet Mall Rera and Chitose Inter Golf Club easily. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and we loved the airport onsen. Just a heads-up for late arrivals that dining options are limited.
The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in our room. only a heater was available, which made it a bit stuffy.
